One of 2 GV's in "OFFLINE", reconfigure, and it won't go ONLINE....

I've tried:
delete / re-establish on the OBITALK portal,
reconfig
etc.

and it sits in "Configuring".

Ideas?

I found out that hangouts/google voice was having issues on my account -- it fixed it self, and all is better now -- I wish there was a better way to find out when GV has issues
